Aside from our main office in Beirut, Haddad and Associates has a second office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This office is primarily involved in IT businesses, Intellectual Property, Business and Corporate law, offshore businesses and Contracting law. The work involves corporate structuring, commercial agency law, Information technology contracts, the setting up of offshore companies in Dubai or other UAE jurisdictions, to name but a few.

Our clientele is primarily commercial based. The office is also involved in Litigation Risk assessment and Litigation Management. It is in constant contact with the parent branch in Beirut and although in Abu Dhabi all work processed there is forwarded to Beirut in order to ensure that the client receives the utmost attention of from the Firm as a whole. Our Client base in Abu Dhabi is comprised of well-respected businesses and a number of international companies. As a result, the work is heavily involved in international dealings with outside businesses and law firms.
